We don't sell your data
Your conversations are not a product. They're never sold and never shared for advertising.
What you say when you vent is about as personal as data gets. These are our commitments, in plain language.
Your conversations are not a product. They're never sold and never shared for advertising.
The content of your messages is not sent to third-party analytics tools.
When you speak, your recording is sent to be turned into text, then discarded. It's never stored on our servers.
Your conversation is deleted from our servers after 30 days. In the app on your phone or Mac, older messages stay on your device until you delete them or sign out. On the web, you see the last 30 days.
To keep up with you, the companion keeps a short note on each thing you say, for 30 days only. They aren't used for anything else without asking you first, and they're deleted with your conversation.
Deleting your conversation removes it and its notes — deleting means deleting. If you delete your account, you have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in; after that, it's gone for good.
Diga Me is for people 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth only to check that, and we don't keep it.
Conversation data is treated as sensitive and protected accordingly.
This page is a plain-language summary. The full privacy policy will be published here before the app launches.
